02 / ABOUT ME
A deeper understanding through professional coach training.
Between 2004 and 2012, I trained as a brain-based coach through David Rock’s coaching programmes. I earned my ICF credentials, achieving PCC in 2018 and a Master Certified Coach in 2025.
I wanted to go deeper into the biology of learning and how we learn as unique individuals. In 2020, I completed a Masters in Applied Neuroscience, followed in 2021 by a Masters in Neuroeducation and Neuropsychology.
Today, I bring this understanding into how I coach and teach: for example, how our brain responds to pressure, how we form memories, and how awareness can influence our behaviour and communication.
Qualifying as a UK lawyer gave me analytical discipline, a deep appreciation for professional ethics, and insight into high-pressure corporate environments.

I created Neurolanguage Coaching® in 2012 to bring professional coaching competencies and neuroscience into language learning. Through our accredited training, I help language educators develop personalised, brain-friendly coaching practices.
